Hello. The aliens are simply stupid. If you’ll notice, the arm coming out of the front of the Ford is a RIGHT arm, not a left one as may first be assumed.
Thus, that leaves only one possible solution:
The aliens modified the Ford shown in the picture into a weapon of destruction. The arm is the essence of this weapon; it is what spun the bike around and hurt our tragic hero. The aliens look on with a stupid curiosity to see just how well their weapon worked. Satisfied, they masturbate behind the bushes (they are decent aliens) knowing their leader will be pleased. The only coincidence is that the alien weapon arm happens to be wearing the same shade yellow as our human victim. Also, helmets are not all they are cracked up to be. Cheers.

the driver of the car was distracted when they saw the flying saucer and the car hit the cyclist.
the aliens felt kind of bad that they caused the accident, but are now considering whether to help or just observe human injury. they didnt mean to do it but it happened anyway so why not record it? that’s the reason the aliens tell themselves, but really, they are just gawking the way anyone does when they see an accident. ooops sorry, didnt mean to do that, but wow, isnt this neat?
Well, what i can see here is the beginning mutation of all human beings. It’s the first attempt of extraterrestic lifeforms to bring the double helix into a spin. After this first experiment they mind about making it better. In their eyes I can see the joy of the result. The eyes shine full of interest, bliss and happiness when it will be successfull. A couple of alians decided one day to play a trick on passerbys. They droped this guy out of their spaceship in front of a car, while another guy positioned a motercycle on the ground rather swiftly and undetected due to his super telepathic abilities. Then another sneaky little green thingy, guy, mister space man stuck the guys arm to the radiator of the car, thus making it seem as though the car hit the guy. They all hid behind the green bushes(thinking they were camoflaged) and then laughed telepathically to each other. They repeated the process untill boredom struck them, and the moved on to doing fly bys of small isolated farm land. In this particular instiance, however they did not notice a young human hiding behind the bushes opposite of them. he then desided the only way to show people of this montrosity without being killed was by drawing this picture in his paint brush program on his rather shitty PC. If any aliens are reading this, please note that this is just a guess, and I am not the individual who witnessed you guys kill 13 seperate people and steal a moterbike from an open garage. But i would like to know if any of the passerbys got convicted with murder.
